		<description>It&#039;s funny that you say &quot;We expect Apple to hit it out of the park every time&quot;, because when Apple does release something that is only a &quot;minor upgrade, or feature improvement&quot; their fans get very disappointed. They are expecting that game changing innovation with every release. 

I wonder how companies can best deal with that sort of expectation--or perhaps it doesn&#039;t matter.</description>
